Problem, help needed
Has any1 else run into the problem where you have thin ammounts of skybox showing through gaps in brushes, yet the brushes connect seamlessly.
is there any fix, and what is the cause. I have a rough idea but I'm just guessing.

You talking about in-game?
If so ... I've always put this down to GFX card and GFX card drivers.
try running the game in openGL

This is an engine-issue. If you run the map with gl_wireframe, you'll notice the gap happens between BSP-cuts. I guess there is no fix for this, unless Valve could patch the engine.
Good, its not my fualt, but I gotta figure out a way to hide it somewhat.
