Is there supposed to be a Ju-87 Sturzkampfflugzeug diving and firing at you? Because there are sounds in the "ambience" folder: stuka_fire, stuka_plane, stuka_siren and more...

The files is only there cause the map isnt the one by 3d_mike and mawibse, its just someone that have made it compatable with 1.0...

Bah, I've just been "unlucky" enough not to see them... I played a game on dod_stuka_v1 and after some time they bombed the airfield.

its unfortunate that the 'real' stuka was never released...i believe that we all missed out on something very special. Multiple models swapping through random positions throughout the map.

unfortunate.

i didnt like stuka that much at all. i mean the eye candy was brilliant but the map layout/game play was just a flop. playing the map on a 16 slot or even 20 slot server was boring.

Unfortunate, yes, but nothing's stopping 3-dMike/Mawibse from releasing a final, 1.0, version. I wish they would, it was a different and fun map.

3dmike and Mawibse are not realeasing a 1.0 version. However, that is not the last you people will hear of Stuka. And no its not a remake, and no i have nothing to do with it. I know however, 3Dmike was very very very kind to a few people.
