My first map is ready and all problems found during playtesting are now fixed. This map aint for those who seek only visual pleasure, the map is built to have good gameplay, no less :)

Visually it's not so bad, just that jagd big-brick texture doesn't fit well with buldings and it used on some sloped surfaces, when looks very unnatural. I have viewed just screenshots.

Edit: Ok, after running thru map I've seen some graphical glitches:
1) Big brick texture as I've said doesn't fit well, also it used on stairs and inside crater.
2) These textures with redbricked windows are overused. You should more different kinds.
3) some buildings have sharp top edges, no roofs or any similar "ending"
4) Don't know if it's map's fault but I've seen light sprites over leafs and tree barks., when the should be obscured by them. Maybe it's just on my computers.
5) With such street lights halo should be visible only below lamp, when you are y close to it (narrow angle) or should be much softer.
That's all, just IMHO.

We tryed the map on our DodMaps Server (Full House (9 vs. 10)) and all ppl like map but a second way will be better for gameplay. The whole time we rumbled at the corner between axis tank und the 3 flag. but good map so far

german killa i wish i could have been there :P i know there is a problem i that particular area and it needs more routes...i might update this map after i finish qual..and if i can't yet do hl2 maps :)
