Very nice, good to see sanitäter is at it again with his models.

Niiiiiiice. I loved your Waffen-SS models for 3.1 too. My only gripe would be that they look more appropriate for Eastern Front than Western Front (the round ammo clip on the trenchcoat for instance) but these are the most grizzled-veteran-looking models I've seen. I'm using 'em.

I suggest that you release one without the trench coat or gas mask, that would be great.

How about just without the gas mask, I really like the trench coat.

Alright, I guess you're right now that I took a closer look at it. Sort of looked like one those round clips for the Soviet DP at first. :D

It seems a little slapdash and hastily put together, what with the missing faces and missaligned and somewhat blurry skin on the helmets. A little more effort and attention to detail and you'd have a nice looking set here.

It's too dark to see alot of the skin details, and the shoulder boards are too damn stetched.

I fail to see the wonder you people see.

These are a mixed and matched SSV4, its a terrible hackjob of a hackjob. Textures are misaligned, this are incorrectly done on the uniforms and generally are bad. I want to especially point out the bad textures on the helmet, missing faces all over, Smeared textures for boots, the hood on the sniper is crude and misshapen, washed out textures, and the cig looks pretty crappy.

This is SSV4 Desaturated, if your going to hack job a hack job (dumb idea) then you sure as hell better be able to do a good job. No offense to the maker of this set, who did a crappy job, more is extremely proud of it, rethink be4 you hack, because man.

Do what every hack jobber does, THINK BEFORE YOU HACK/SLASH, when i was informed this came from the SSV4 set i wanted to puke.

In short its a ****ty-ifyed SSV4, better luck next time when you think. Dont take offense to this lastmanstanding, consider it a time to learn from your mistakes, everyone learns somehow, maybe this is your time, ive had mine pointed out, it hurts yes, but you learn to try/do better

lol editor

well it looked nice in the pic, but apoun further inspection in HLMV, it could have been better.

besides its not like anybody made those textures anyway... they get passed along by everybody who uses them and they get degraded and stretched and moved. ive seen better from sanitäter.. this is pretty mediocre.

I wasnt going to be quite so crude...but I feel the same way. I just wasnt going to point out the problems earlier, that would make me seem like a jealous *******, and nothing could be further from the truth. But i'm glad at least one observant person noticed the same problems I did. I suppose the biggest one is the helmet. Its pretty darn blurry, and it looks to have been decompiled at least twice in its life, the vent holes have like a 4 inch difference of height on either side. It would appear that Sanitar doesnt quite grasp how the texture coordinator tool in MS3D in works.

No offense to the guy, he's done what most people cant: use MS3D competently enough to make a set of models. He just hasn't done it well enough for me to see why everyone is stunned. The gloves have no inside, you can see through it. The hood on that sniper looks very lumpy. And why is the camo washed out looking, its almost as if Sanitar went and desaturated the whole damn thing, belt, insignia, and shoulderboards, as well as the camo.

Likie I said before, with more attention to detail and some more knowledge of MS3D and Photoshop Sanitar has a winning set here. Good effort to sanitar, and kudos for creative ideas, I.E. the cigarette, the flamethrower. I know he can do better, good luck Sanitar.

LOL this makes me sick, half of this crap is RTCW, and this Sanitäter has enough guts to (C) it? First off, its not a legal copyright, second of all what the hell are you trying to do?

Gee Devin might not like that idea, for saying that this is he original idea, when as i stated before this is a rip of the SSV4 set

editor, sorry, but think before u type something :)

sanitäter definitly did NOT a hackjob of devins ssv4 !!!

maybe u see there some things which look similar to each other, for YOU.

but sani did all that stuff on his own ! he even doesn´t have devins models on his machine.

comments to his work is welcome
but don´t write such a **** like he did a hackjob, that´s not true

hey guys, wake up .. ?!

THIS ISN`T A MODEL COMPETITION !!
if u don´t like the models, don´t use them and stfu plz ?!
what would u do if somebody says such a **** to ur models ?
i for myself like sanitäters models a lot more than devins or the ones from somebody else.
but i don´t say, devin (4 example) did a bad work !
i respect his work.
give sanitäter some "tips" or something, but don´t take him for an enemy, omg kids !

I like 'em. Nice.

Still cant bring myself to get rid of Devins Axis Gasmasked Trenchies though, no matter how good other models and skins are. Guess I'm just used to 'em now.

But yeah, GG Sanitäter

closing the thread,

its spiraling down people,

if there is something wrong with the model albeir hacks, or bad quality. DO NOT tear down the creator its rude and obnoxious. Tell them you think they hacked it instead of going haywire on them it causes added stress for everyone.

We are all adults i hope? :)
