Just a question on the weapon select .tga's

I made up some custom ones for myself, I had done this in previous versions but this time......

First off, the came out upside down in game. Very strange. I saved them upsidedown then they look fine!?!?!

Also, I have no problem with them on my comp. I gave them to a buddy and on his they are blank when he first joins a server, then any other time he went to select class they showed up just fine.

Has anyone heard of these problems? If so do you have any tips?

Haven't heard of the first problem (up-side down) but the second one happened to me when I was testing mine out. They didnt show at first but then I died or whatever, went to change class and they worked. No clue why it happens.

Try using PhotoShop to save/make you TGA's whenever I use PS they turn out fine.

Paint Shop Pro sometimes screws them up, I dont know why though.
