Map model pause animation sequence capability??

Is there a way to pause an animation sequence that an env_model is playing during the midst of that animation sequence ( i know you can allow it to freeze when the sequence ends, but what about DURINg the sequence??) Then, when you re-trigger it again, the animation sequences resumes playing! Does env_model support this?

If not, what other entities support this? And do those have moveWith capability?

i have NEVER heard this possible, the sequence almost always plays thru.

but i don't know everything. if you find out it is possible, which i doubt, plz describe how it is done.

nope this just plain straight out isnt possible. an animation starts, then it goes till it ends or a new animation is started. Thats it for HL

How about making the stop the end of that animation, and have the rest of it another animation. Would that work?

if you could make an animation start at a point part way throguh that is the final poosition. timing it so it happens when it reaches that point in other animation would be hard but its a posiblity. making the intermediate animation though would require the same knowledge to stop the animation at that point. so it would be kinda pointless.

as for another entity that wouldnt solve the issue, the HL code just simply dosnt allow animations to be paused. You would need to get the dod team to patch ini the support. seeing as it has few uses fat chance.
