How do you achive transparencys with the picture? I only need one part of the picture, is there a colour i can paint the rest of the picture to make it not show up?

to make part of your texture invisible you need to use the { tag and make the area coverd in 0 0 255 and have it as the last colour in your palete.

to make something semi transparent you need to make it an entity, then it will apply to the entire entity.
