ok, i have a question, is there a way to get rid of the crosshair? because i think deleteing it wont stop the servers from downloading me a new one.
my reasons for this are releated to a post made at the RO forums. and i believe in it stongly now.
The main reason I could see why they might like crosshair's is for the ease, but to me that just means the game gets easy, and in turn, old, fast. I can't stand to play DoD for more then a week straight before I have to take a long break, no matter what they do, that game is amazingly simplistic! Too many FPSs are just point and click, I feel its time to cross over to a new area of gaming and give the larger gaming community a challenge, almost anyone after a few hours of game play has the basic FPS near mastered! We need an FPS that requires thinking, planning, and reflexes as well! Im sooooooooooooooooooo tired of the constant run gun stop shoot kill die respawn repitation that most FPSs have become, its time for a game to depart from the normal and take a chance that could potentialy revolutionize the gaming industry like games did when they first added recoil to crosshairs. RO needs to take a step for the better in the right direction, and this aiming system will determine what kind of game you really want RO to be, the same old same old, or a game people will look at and say, wow, thats not something you see everyday. Give me a game thats hard, fun, and realistic, it can all be done and I believe we've shown you the way the majority of gamers feel this could be accomplished.
im gonna try it out because DOD can get very boring after the same **** over and over again.
and plz dont flame me, we dont need this turning into an argument. might actually inspire some of you to do the same. i think it could be a great challenge.
ok now somebody answer my question :p
