theres a Panzerfaust Stg24 replacement floating around somewhere from 1.3b that i used to have, it looks pretty much just like, unless you're looking for high res/poly. Who isn't i guess.

I'd like this too.
Also, off-topic. Higgins, now that the reenactment forums have been closed, what other forums do you go to for reenactment info?
Don't worry, I'll do a PzFst. 4 replacement when 1.0 comes out...

That would make an interesting nade replacement too i think, not very realistic though lol
Am i right in thinking that you just threw the firing tube thing away after using it or am i thinking of another gun?
btw, that is one disturbed sig toejam lol

If this gets done, I'd probably animate it so it would fit ingame. It'll look cool to fire this, toss it away, then bring up another one. :D

Yes it was pretty much a One-Shot weapon, the tubes could be recovered and re-used at a factory to be fired again, but they werent designed for "field reload"
I read somewhere once that there was a reloadable version, but it was extremely rare and overshadowed by the 'Shreck. It was cheaper and quicker just to hammer out the one shot version= as quick as possible.

Ah right. cheers for clearing that up for me :)
I think i read somewhere that during operation market garden three German soldiers managed to stop XXX Corps for about an hour just by using Panzerfausts on a tank at the front on the column. Where these things strong enough to knock out a sherman? (then again from what i read you only need to light a match near a sherman and they practically burst into flames lol)

How do gab, wheres the cool sig gone?
Yeah, air superiority probally helped us, Hurrah for the RAF! lol
A guy who lives round the corner from me used to be the loader in a Sherman. He said that as soon as the tank got hit you had to get out fast cos fuel tended to leak very quickly. I think he ended up working in a 'Churchill' tank after his sherman got bogged down during fighting on 'the island'.

Great idea higgins :)
it would be cool if someone could make an animation of the guy dropping it, and picking up a new one. to replace the reload animation of course.
Good call Higgins.
I think this would be a great replacement for the Schreck. It'd be "cool", is probably more historically correct since I think the Faust was more available in the field than the Schreck, and it gives a different visual from an Allie with the Bazooka thus aiding in target recognition.
Two thumbs up!
