im not too good on the train entities, can u give some detail pls?
go to the VERC-Collective (http://collective.valve-erc.com/) there has tuts on how to use the trains. and move with has plenty of tuts around the place. just apply both and its easy.

Another way is to manually animate the model with milkshape or 3dsmax! THat uses far less server/cpu power.
but makes it very specific, he couldnt experiment with it he couldnt do lots of intresting things, it would just be 1 route, and 1 route only. if he moved the landing site a bit thats a whole nother lot of work.

I tried moving a Willy (Jeep, not a pe-nis haha) with a func_train and then a func_tracktrain to no avail. It just spazzes the train until it hits the next node or somejunk.

Note for moving by Milkshape - you have to do moving clipping brush so it requires more work in total, isn't it ?
