Host error...overflow ??

Can someone tell me what this means besides that it doesn't work?
" host error: PF_precache_model_I: 'sprites/muzzleflash2.spr' Overflow "

I found a map pack with the old 3.1 maps on it upgraded for 1.0 and dod_heutau comes up with that error.

I hope someone can help me with this, Thanks!
