despite numerous searches and a few emails i cant seem to find this map anywhere! mapfreaks was where i got it originally, but that site seems to no longer exist.

there are a couple of mentions of it on this forum so i'm hoping that someone has this file and that i can get it off them

or a link to somewhere its hosted that i haven't been able to find
