Model error help.

Mod_NumForName

I keep getting this error everytime I compile my map.

I compiled the first time. I got this error. I thought maybe it was because at first when I added the tree models into my map I left the body in the properties as 0. Then I recompiled my map. To have it come out with the same error message. So I then opened up hammer changed the body value to 1 to show to look for submodel 1. Well same error.

Also this error is not in ZHLTs the map compiles perfectly, it's when you try to load the map into DoD that it does it.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

From Tommy14 error page:

"Mod-NumforName: xxxx.mdl not found"
Often because the cycler entity, cyler sprite or some other entity used has the wrong path/name. You must use the perfect path/name, with the right capitals - or it will stop the game. The path should start with model/modelname, not the whole path name. Sometimes browsing to the model works best, sometimes typing the path/name in works best.
Also if you have changed the model, for example a new player model or a new gib model, it can cause this problem. Re-install the old model.
Sometimes the "too many wads" problem sets this off too.

Check your path again and if you have more then 5 wads I would consider removing some...

One note, body 0 in Hammer is the same as submodel 1 in HLMV, so you should probebly use body 0...
