Questions about editing Models

If you edit a model significatly (eg change animations, reskin and edit the reference) then am I able to use the DOD models in my mod for it?

if your asking about legal issues (IP Violations) then your alowed to use any model from any HL game for any mod.
and dod is now retail so it is a valve product so therefore there would be no "IP Violation" :D
