Hey peeps,

There was a model I used to praise back in 3.1, A high detail mg34 model w/out the bullet box. It was definitly the best mg34 model ever (the only one as far as i know) and I would love to have it back.

If any hackers could covert it or if somebody would be kind enought to make one that would be very cool :D

The model I had was very kick ass, it simply took out the bullet box to make it like all the other mgs. With a great small 'metalic' clink' sound it was one of my favorites. MUCH better then the defaul 34' that's for sure :D

Ohh by the way, I think any 3.1 mg34 models can fit 1.0, since there was no change in it, so if anyone has the model in question it would be apreciated to see it posted here. thanks.

Dodskins.de had this model back in the day. I'mnot sure if that site exists anymore, and if it does, you probably won't be able to find it. Hold i'll go look around.

Alright! Thanks Ska! OF course i'dluv his high poly hands, but are they gonna include his sleeves as well? I don't know, those sleeves seemed alot 'allied' to me :D

oh BTW the gun model I have from 3.1 was a MG42 replacement. Do you want this to be an MG42 replacement or an MG34?

I can see problems with both:

If it was an MG42 replacement I can see people getting easily confused if you used the same sounds for both MGs, but thats not really a problem. At the end of the day a MG is a MG and will shoot up your ass pretty good no matter which it is :D

The problem with making it an MG34 replacement is that the MG34 doesn't have animations showing the ammo belt getting smaller. So the bullet would always look full until you were out of ammo when it would suddenly jus disappear. Not a very big problem IMO as I very rarely totally run out of ammo anyway and if I do im too busy trying to slap a new belt in before some plucker little brit runs over and knifes me lol

The '34 all the way man, I just really hate that ammo box! The default hands could be fine as well. Just do as you like, It'll be nice as long as there is no bullet boxe :D

The ending belt is nice ill admit, But as you said, we RARELY get to those last bullets..

I didnt knew that was a 42' replacement, the one I used back in the days was a 34'... Strange... *looks around b4 running away*

There probally was an MG34 version out there, but i never bothered getting it.

At the mo the skin looks pretty **** so I'll slap a better one on it. The only high res MG34 skin I have though has a picture of a pin up taped to the inside of the gun so you see it when it reloads. I know some people might find this offensive or whatever (poofs :D ) So if you've got any high res skins could you e-mail me them.

LOL, I already saw that taped picture inside.. I dont ave any 34' skins so go with that one. Anyways you need to be a real ******* to not love that picture :)

I like it cos its fits in well with the whole 1940's feel and makes the gun look more unquie. Anyway, its so bloody small only the most desperate of perverts would consider it porn lol

Who made that skin anyway? I cant find the readme for it.
