[REQ] Editing Allied Model

Well, if there's only one thing that I could ask for, it would be one slight modification to the allied model.

This is a request for a modeler to make the pants go down further on the model- as if the soldier weren't wearing M1938 leggings, but rather M1943 Double-Buckle combat boots.

All that would have to be done is to make the top half of the "leggings" into the same width as the pants, and then I could reskin the leggings into pants and the top half of the double-buckle. Not only will this make Late-war styled allied players feasible, but I think it would just look cool.

If this isn't understood, I can make a graphic.
So I did. The red represents areas that should be lengthened. As in, where the garment should end. (Jacket isn't a necessity, whereas the pants are)

OR somebody could tell me all the programs I need to edit the model, and I could do this myself. Hell, maybe even add little straps on the side of the boots that stick out a little.
