Man, I love FPSB. This was trashed for being in the wrong section, and they thought he didn't get permission from Wile.

I can't even find it in the DoD:S section. Why did'n't they just move it?

This was trashed for being in the wrong sectionSounds familiar. However, I can't fault them for popping him for using my stuff; It is widely known I frown on my stuff being used at that website. Well let me kill 2 birds with one stone.

And if that isn't a sign of having my permission I don't know what would be.

Thanks Wile.

Ok, here goes, I've always liked the "dirtied" effect you were able to achieve on this, triskex.

However, the thing that bugged me about the previous version (and this this newest version) was that some areas were just not skinned.

The inside of the helmet and the bottom of his shoes for example. You do see it in-game and it does make a difference.

Like I said though, I really like the dirty effect. :)

you are right, i did not really put much time into this peticular skin.
I modified a previous skin that I made awhile ago so it would work with the current version of dod

any chance you will update that to add the inside of helmet and bottom of boots?

nice helmet, but the textures seem a bit too crisp for the game. looks very out of place. i recommend more normal mapping too, but that's just my preference.
