League Maps

CAL has had some great mappers work on projects with us in the past, mappers like Lard, FuzzDad, McJewels, Dart, Sword, Nubits, Streamline and Diamond and we're turning to the community to ask for more help.

As most of you know, maps that get used by CAL and other leagues tend to end up as very popular maps that get played a lot on both public and private servers. We feel like the rewards for working on "league" maps are there for motivated mappers who want their maps to be popular.

We're looking for mappers to work on a few different projects with us with the possiblity of getting your maps used in CAL or other leagues and getting to experient with map objectives and other ideas to actually try and push competitive mapping forward.

Remember, many competitive maps are also standards like Donner and Anzio, CAL and other leagues tend to favor the same kinds of maps that are popular on public servers as well.

Anything you create is your own to do with as you please, we are looking to get a team of like minded indivduals together to actually discuss map layouts and choke point placement and promote a cleaner design for maps that will get your maps played on a more regular basis.

Please PM me here on this site or email me at paul.bennett@caleague.com. I hope to hear from some of you soon.
