K98 skin problem

A previous skin I used for the k98 had a sling/ strap on it, when replacing the skin for a different one I remebered that I had put some files into models/ weapons directory so when replacing the old skin for the new one I deleted them. But I must have not deleted all of them as the k98 when in grenade mode displays a strap/ sling thats purple with black squares to indicate a missing file, although the k98 in normal mode is fine. I just need to know which file controls the strap model so that I can delete it.

Vash: Deleted the attachment for your personal security, see post below for answers to your original question.

Any file with K98 in it should be deleted, if your reverting back to the stock model (i.e. the skin your using now is just a "re-skin")

I also took the liberty of taking off your attachment as I don't know if you want to advertise your Steam email addy there buddy, and as this should answer your question.

Feel free to ask more if your unclear there. :D

Oh and moved to MSA, I know it's sorta belongs in Support as it IS DoD related, but I think MSA fits better.
