What happened to the Caen remake?

I remember someone posted a Caen Wip for source, and it was looking promising. The thread got locked however, and i've heard nothing since. Anyone heard anything? I think source needs this map.

I wil be doing a caen_classic soon most likely, after i release the final build of fuhrung and get beta 1 of my beach map released
