Falg mods dont work

Ok, im having trouble with flag mods i download. No matter which ones i download, they dont work. And i install them to the right place. I see them in HLMV, but not ingame.

Any help?

They go in dod/models/mapmodels
you prolly put them in dod/models

Oh yeah and make sure there a 1.0 flag model.
