I did not know how or if it is possible to get a model created with out a helmet, but with the hat of the old 1.3 Unteroffizier. Or something like it but better of course.

Doubt it's possible, because the head would need to be remodeled. You'd get consistancy errors when entering servers.

Nobody hosts servers with sv_consistency 0 so you'll never be able to use them.
