FootBall Players

ok, so me and some friends figured out how to play football in dods. no, we arent crazy. you get the 2 teams of 5 people. you start off with one extra person on a team who gets noclip, and hes the ref. hes the only person allowed to have a gun. all the "players" get there knives, and the ref randomly chooses who gets to go first. that team chooses a "quarter back", and he takes a grenade, asks if the other team is ready, and throws the nade as far as he can. the recieving team has to grab the "ball" and run it as far as they can... which isnt that far because almost as soon as it lands it explodes and the play is over. then they line up, yell hut over the alltalk enabled mic, and go at it. you can only knife the person with the "ball". thats the basic idea behind it...

the skins are made mainly from DayofDfeat123's Shifty Powers skin's helmet.

that map (our football field / baseball diamond (thats in another part of it)) was made by KmK, who also had the idea for it :-P.. now if only we could make the nades not kill people the games would be so much faster...

why not use a weapon as a ball? then you can throw and catch it without being blown up.

cause nades cant go as far. and thanks to mani-mod and mattie EventScripts ive made a mod so when you get hit with a knife you get teleported to the end zone, and when nadse go off everyone gets 9999 HP, then after it goes off you go back to 100. its pretty sweet.

Nice. It'd be great to see an actual football mod for DoDS. IOS didn't work out all that well on HL1.
