[WIP] dod_celes_b3

Well the map has been out a week and I'm pretty happy with the responces. I've been hard at work with re-designing the Axis spawn area, and the new sewers including 2 new entrances near each spawn, as well as a few other tweaks here and there. Here are a few images:

looking alot better :) - it was more or less impossible to get into the sewers before if the allies had an mg down there.

on the original snowtown could you blow the sandbags with a bazooka? or was that another map - my mind these days......

Celes is a very good map, but unbalanced. The Wehrmacht-Spawn is much worse, than the US-Spawn.

But Celes_b2 is in our vote

I liked celes, but I had to take it outta our vote on our server "Die Heckenpenner", because itīs very unbalanced. The Wehrmacht just arrives at their first flag, when the US are almost at the 3rd flag.

Axis take a pretty good beating on this map. Only reason is how fast the allies will cap there 1st flag and then be thru that building and at are axis 2nd with grenades handy is why the allies beat down the axis so well.

Hope the axis side can be given the same start time as allies. ;) Other than that it is a great map. Look forward to the next version of it.

I've tried to address all the balance issues and I believe I've hit the nail on the head with it. I took a few screenshots just then to show you how the axis have more of a chance.

The first shot is of the Axis spawn and the flag that I've moved away from the road:

And the second one is the one of a window I removed and placed a hole in the wall so Axis can jump through there too, I felt that as the Allies have the building on their side that they can run through, why not the Axis:

We're looking at a release in the next couple of days, still no definite as work has picked up.
