how to make func_breakable break with a rocket only? like in dod 1.3

There has been posts about specific objective "breakeables" like tnt walls etc like there were in dod 3.1 and how they are to be implemented in dod:source. Do a search, but I am pretty sure the conclusion is that we won't know the specfic entity properties until the official SDK release.

You can do it now. You'll need to specify how much damage the func_breakable can take (in one blow) without breaking. Then determine how much damage a rocket does (as opposed to a sniper shot for example) and enter a value that is lower than the rocket's value, without reaching a value of another weapon either. If you did, both weapons would be able to blow your func_breakable.

Hmm. I will join a server and have one of my clan mates shoot me square in the chest with a Bazooka. THen i will look at the console to see what dmg it is.
