Map/Server Error

When some people tried joining my map to test it that got that error. Anyone know what exactly it is and how to fix it?

yep seen this before
it was a currupt map file on the server
upload the map again.
also rename it so people download the uncurupt file.
i would advise you password your map and try it yourself first though
