Like flags what folder?
Sounds...all sounds from grenades to a bullet flying bye.

Anybody have a list of all the folders and skins and sound names and where they go?

Just use GCFScape to open up the day of defeat source.gcf file. The directory structure in that is the same you use for custom content.
