I've done a little tweaking to this file, but it wasn't my own. I downloaded a tweaked version that went along with that soviet pack and i tweaked it a little but i dont know where it needs to go to take effect, any help?

does the pacl come with a readme? it might have installation instructions in there for the file. also, could you link me to this pack please? I'd like to check it out.

It's my file. Put it in the resource folder. Btw, what tweaks did you make?

i changed it to suit my german clan. instead of it saying axis it says our name, stuff like that
