Any mapper looking for something to do? (Big Project inside)

Right now working on a pet Project called Opposing Force Redux

But anyway Its a mod to enhance Opposing Force based on the Half Life engine (cant do source because its illegal, already checked, do not ask).

Any way, we are looking for a mapper. You guys are a quality bunch and I wanted to post here to see if any of you bite.

"If we don't get a suitable mapper with the skills below, we simply just wont do it:

-Around 6 months or more of mapping experience.
-Knows their way around the Hammer and ripent editors.
-Is a team player and comes online about 1-2 every day.
-Doesn't mind showing progress when asked.
-Show at least two examples of previous experience in mapping.
-Sense of humour and fun"

As you can see isnt much, I dont care how long you have been mapping so much as the quality. I've always known dod custom maps to great so thats why I post here.

I hope this to be the right forum and nobody minds me asking about a mapper here.

PS:

We are looking for somebody who could go through the Opposing Force maps and enhance them with models, add, change, and manipulate monsters and allies. We are not asking for complete revamps, but certainly a step up from what they are now.

you are recreating opposing force on the same engine? just kinda seems redundant. very limited. and what about Opposing Source?

Yes we are recreating it, but with the newer hl engine, not the one gearbox used, we are making it better with the tools at hand.

We cannot port to source because Valve and Gearbox said they would, any attempts to recreating the game shot for shot in source has been shut down by valve so far.

However, whenever the source port comes, we may port it over, but in the mean time it is being developed for HL1.

Its not as limited as people think
