Is there any way to get that sweet dod crosshair back from the beta stages?

just for reference, is it the old 3.1 (i think) that has the 2 upsidown Ls and the moving bar between em?

i think you could get it back, but it wouldnt move then. i bet on dodec there is a "3.1" crosshair, but it doesnt move, because the crosshair is coded in another way now and as far as i know it cant be brung back (by me)

No.

Yeah, there actually is a sprite somewhere in the DoD folder for the old crosshair. I tried it once, but it doesn't sway like it used to.

When I played with it though, I actually found I had gotten better with the current, more traditional crosshair. Go figure.
