cant open .map!

HELP!
my m8 and me are making this map! its .map and wc should work fine with it =\
now when i try to open it worldcraft/hammer just crashes :mad: !
any1 that has a idea :S?:confused:
plz help me!:(

I've got this error a few times and searched the web for any fix but only found one answer: save youre projects as .rmf -- .map is bs

Try opening it with QuArK and then saving it again. Then re-open it with Hammer.
