Swinging ceiling lights for source, come here for it

ever wonder how they made the lights in prodigy swing around with the sprite well

here is an rmf of my attempt to emulate that

it sways around but, its sort of erratic and it get stuck sometimes, but, its a good try :D

let us know if you guys find out the key to making it more natural swinging

I tried using a phys_ballsocket instead of a ragdollconstraint but with same results, i cant seem to get the light to move around smoothly and realisticly, it seems to spin around and stop in mid-air a whole lot

can anyone here maybe see if there is another way to funk with this to make it like de_prodigy lights?

de_prodigy lights do not use ropes, they are the model contrained to the ceiling by a ballsocket, ill figure out how to make it stop acting all haywire though

I followed this thread on another board and recreated it. Make sure you but the ball socket below the ceiling. If it touched the brush it wigs out.
