Ookey.. my first PolyperPoly model with 3DS Max..

Could need some tips and photos, like.. from the barrel and before the barrel.. theres this little metal block.. id need some pics of it, and the sights.

And im not really sure how this is supposed to look, i bet the polies look strange.. because this is my first one.. anyway, photos! :P


And the polycount is at the moment 329 :P

The main reciever block and the stock are a bit fat in height.
Might want to scale them down to an average size, but other than that good job on the rest/hope it comes with good UV maps/and best of luck on the model.

by looking at the barrel end im asuming it is a M1928 Command Thompson. They had the metal thing on the end of the barrel and it looks if this has too.

okay i didnt know what it was called.

But yeh it looks as if one is on the barrel end.

Well, I had to change it because I didnt know about the two.. here it is anyway:

its comming along nicely but on that last render the handle look a bit thin.

It is thin, because It doesnt need the other side.. :P its cut back for the sakes of polycount, and you dont see it ingame anyway

btw, I hate the looks of the butt ? do you think the polies look strange?
