MAX_SUPERFACEEDGES sounds like an obscure error to me, seriously your using 13 wads and .3mb of texdata, get wally and put them into 1 wad then try re-compile and see what happens, you yourself should read your lg file yourself when you have a problem :P

did that... well.. not exactly that... i took off all the wad files im not using, then recompiles it, said i was only using 3 WADs, then same thing... i did a good search and came up with nothing

P.S. the email adresse that was givin dont work...

what compile tools are you using?

You tried cageys custom build?

Craftos

Add -chart option to compiling tools command line, recompile and post log again.

Don't use p15 version of Cagey's tools, it has a bug in RAD, which can heavily increase compiling time. Use p13 instead.

Sorry, was away for one day.

Add -chart to every compiler's exe file, not only the first one.

Don't know where p13 is available now (besides my HDD, of course :)).

PanFrie
10-29-2004, 06:33 AM
ok, well, i got 13, i just copied the 15 one and changed the 5 to a 3 and it worked :-P

i am using batch compiler cause i have no idea how to use the other ones, and there was a option in it for "shared" (BSP, RAD, VIS etc...)

just looked at the log again.. -chart is in front of all of em

Craftos
10-29-2004, 01:42 PM
Well, it should add more detailed info and I don't see it. MAX_SUPERFACEEDGES is some internal limit reached. Enable 'verbose' option, maybe it will tell some more.

Anyway, here is that p13 version.
