now i know there was a thread floating around a while back but my searches have proved un-successful.

Im looking at creating a fireable flak88 much like the ones in dod_dayofdays, i may look at having players able to fire it but do no damage within the map, if someone could please help me with this id appreciate it and of course full credit ;)

oh oh oh! also if you have any "model zoo's" you could share with me i would appreciate it because im pretty crappy @ clipping so yer if someone feeels the need to share id also appreciate that.

The fireable 88's are pretty ent intensive but its a kewl thing to have I've currently got three maps that have fireable 88's and/or pak37s

Though if you're adding more then one fireable 88 to your map make sure you've renamed all the ents right other wise when you 'load' one 88 the other can fire instead of the one thats meant to >_<

And finally heres the link to the thread Fuzzdad made with the fireable 88

Have fun mate ;) btw when I get my other comp back I can give you some 88 shells to use so that when loading and firing you have the correct shells for both times ;) ie full and empty

i originally had a fireable flak in dod_dirtydozen

you had to carry the shell to the 88, it included the animation, sprites, sounds. and it looked very nice.

if u want the rmf i can send it to u.

that would be very handy thank you Nomad, im never good with building entities to an effect - im still in the learning process, so prolly should do it myself but meh im a very very lazy duder - my new map is comming along, perhaps some WIP pics in a couple of weeks.

email it to me if possible mate, Travis*at*expesports.com
