I stumbled upon this Modpack for Day of Defeat 1.0 It's called Kommissar Realism Pack 2.0 You just replace some of the files with your current files, I'd back up your Dod files before replacing them, as you might not like this Realism Pack.

its not very good btw

i used to use it and half the models dont match eg:

the Thompson V model is not the same as the P and W Thompson Models.

The Enfield models dont match nither.
