anims in 3dmax 4.2

ok
i would like to make me some new anims for
the colt im working on
and as some of u know its a pain in the ***
to make it in Milkshape so i imported the mesh
with the importer-script which jed posted
some time ago
now ..
i push the anim buttom
select the bone i would like to work on but
when i move the bone the hole mesh start
moving ... my only guess for that is that the
importer i used isnt good at importing bones
so every bone has the mesh attached to it
im not that good at 3d max so my q. is
does anyone have a good tutorial for setting
up bones in 3dmax for use in weapon models
or ..
does somone have a good importer that
can import bones with the right attached mesh ??

That happened to me when I was toying around with max, I just clicked the bone again, voila, problem solved. ;)
