Axis spawn in avalanche

I was playing avalanche the other day, and i just spawned at the axis, up in the little building. I walk out the window and *OUCH*. Takes about 10-15 hp off my health bar. I got pissed and thought, hey, this is what happens every god damn time. I'm walking into battle a wounded man, every freaking time i play axis. Hasn't the mapper thought of this? I mean, the allies can jump out of their little building and land on a tank. While others land on a fence. The point is that, while the allies are running into combat with 100 hp, multiple axis players are running out of spawn with 85-90 hp. And no, i'm not going to bother running down the stairs. Why does spawning have to be so complicated? I just want to fight! My point is:

Lower the building height at the axis spawn so the axis down hurt themselves from jumping out. I mean, it's a simple question of balance between the teams.

Use the stairs or try and land on the mound of dirt or the boxes

If you are not careful soldier before the battle and lose health by stupidly jumping down from 1st floor window, you should be shot by your own team.

Sprint down the stairs, quicker, safer.

when you jump out of the window aim for the tank. You will slide down it. Whenever jumping off of something high aim for a slope sometimes you will land with no damage.
