Converting texture files

Looking for a bit of help here, I've got some hand textures from the game Postal 2, they are .dds file format, and I don't know of, or have any programs that will support this file format to convert them to .bmp for use in dod as replacement hand textures. Could anyone try and convert them for me? If you could help I'll mail them to you coz they're too big to attach. I'd be very greatful if anyone could help, coz once they've had some touching up they could be real nice.

No probs.

DDS is the format found quite often with DirectX games so its been about for a while.
