reorigining is easy to do urself man, plus if you do it on your own you can get it *exactly* how you want it to look and on the *exact* model you want it on.

I tried with HLMV but after i compiled the model none of the origins applied plus some of hte map textures started blinking.

i think u just origined it on hlmv, instead of editing the qc file AND compiling it.
decompile first, edit the qc file, add $origin # (x axis) # (y axis) # (z axis)

so if i wanted it like so so and so, ill put down

$origin -3 -1 -1.4

then u compile the qc file
if you need a better example i put up part of the real qc file to tell you what you need to do.

I already went into the real qc file and edited the origins. THen I compiled the changed qc file, but no changes appeared.

hmm... if you want, email me the model and the origin numbers and ill try to help you out. better to help you out to the fullest rather than just bail out and leave u hanging.
