Default flags w/semi transparent flags

Could someone edit the flag textures so they are MILDLY transparent??

Or could you just tell me if I can do it in HLMV & what to do?

That would be a cool trick, and i or someone would of done it by now if it was possible, but as far as i know its not, the closest you can get, is if you turn on additive, but that just looks pants.

what if you put thousands of RGB blue dots on the flag skin...wouldnt it be see thru in DoD? muhuhahaha...

Yes it would, but if you read the first post, he was after MILDLY transparent, meaning semi transparent.

couldn't you do something like in scopes...
I have this scope that is semi transparent outside of the crosshair area...does it by useing gray instead of black...couldn't you use the gray of blue and put it there? :p

Nice work Trigger. I use custom flags but they always seem to block the person I'm shooting at. Maybe I could apply this method to my flags. ;)
