Could someone skin up a Enfield p17 for the No4Mk1/03?

And an M96(or M96B, for k98k sniper) for the K98k?

I don't think so, it would have to be from scratch.

Somebody could hack together the p17 from the Enfield/Springfield and the m96 from the k98, I've had the p17 on my project list for some time now but I doubt that I'll be doing it anytime soon.

You probably could hack one together.
