What program do you use to make .exe's

I was wondering what program I need to make my customs that are in zips into .exe format?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Install creator or winzip self-installer
Where to find them, with google or any other search engine of course.

my personal favourite is winrar (HERE) (http://www.winrar.com) it can do .zip .rar and .exe and its compression is better than winzip. and its easy to do.
