We got all types of map packs at dssgr.net. How about this themed map pack:

Retro Map Pack (http://dssgr.net/pafiledb/pafiledb.php?action=category&id=15)

This Map pack includes all retro maps that are on our servers. These maps include Caen2, Cherbourg, Hill Classic, Koln, Schwetz, Snowtown, Thunder, and Zafod.

4 maps to a pack seems more pallatable!

cscentral often compiled small CS map packs with some great maps...

In a map pack I would like to see diversity, but obviously good maps! Also, its usually best to put in maps that have been through a couple of releases, thus their problems have been ironed out and the overall package is more professional.

why 4? I mean if your only getting 4 why not download them individually. I find that most people don't mind large downloads. What they care about is how much work they have to do. If they have to click and download a bunch of things they won't do it. If they only have to download one thing and install one thing they are more likely to do it. I put together a 190 meg map pack for a one day event and people download the crap out of it. Everyone just about has fast download speeds these day, and if you don't just download it before you go to bed.

So it must be a lrage theme based, sef-installing, or extracting mappack...

So time to search for lots 'o maps.

there are better installers that are easier to use and are just as flexable. Like I said come try downloading one of our map packs and see how easy it is.
