I really didn't like the steam Day of Defeat splash screen and I couldn't decide on what I wanted to change it to so I
made all of these. These are all real WW2 photos, 18 in all. To install got your

Steam\SteamApps\(your email)\day of defeat\dod

folder and create (if it isn't already there) a folder called "resource" inside the folder called resource create a folder called "background" then
extract the .tga files from the folder of the picture you want into this folder and it should work. Enjoy.

and i am using one of them... maybe all of them if one gets too repetitive after loading up dod everyday.

im using the one in the middle that has teh guy what seems to look like a fg-42... dunno. long barrel... fg'ish iron sights... bahh. anyways im using that.

eny one know how to make a extert prog. that change names on files
then u can have em all with diferent names, and the prog. will change the name every day or week ....
