Sorry marzy im giving you a bad name here ;P
joking, your models are great and so is the enhanced scoped karabiner, my only problem is when changing the textures from default to... well... CUSTOM ? :P

anyway... the problem is there is some kind of line on the scope, with the default texture you can't really notice it unless you focus on it, with other textures you see a kinda ****ed up scope ;[

I request a fix for that if it's possible and you have time, please... :-)

i have added a small picture to show you the problem and i have added a zip with 4 pictures, 1) the default sniper, 2) your default sniper, 3) your with custom, 4) the custom texture which is a recolor of DarkNemisis whom just released a great kar reskin http://www.dayofdefeat.net/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=24968

lol martor thats just a simple skin error thats easily fix, smudge with psp7 wll do the trick :) thats how i correct dodgey skins

The link works just use savetarget.
anyway it's not just a skin error, if it was just a skin error i wouldn't ask for it.

The thing is... if you will use the normal DoD1 scoped kar, the skin will work nicely and with this model it will make the wierd middle line, since they both use the same skins i claim it's a small bug with the model.

I would say thats probably being caused by one of two things, by looking at your pic, your using a version of the kar that has been modified, and possibly not the one i originally released. So if it's been decompiled a few times it could be the textures are miss aligned, or else it's a texture error. Try the textures on my original released model, and if it's still showing as the same, you will know it's a texture error, because the textures where aligned on the original released model.

Hey, that's wierd...
Indeed like you said i was decompiling/compiling it tons of times in the past 2 months...

now that i open the kar right from the pack and load my custom scope textures they look... normal.

I never thought compiling a model few times could change it, anyway thanks for helping me out, it works good now :-)

WTF ?!

When i take your scoped kar model, the original, i open it and everything is fine, then i decompile it - compile, open it and you see the scope textures bug, why is that ?

what the hell is changing ? and why ?

Can you upload the referance file before it was compiled ?

btw, i had that bug both with milkshape and HLMV.

P.S
Is there any way to change textures that have diffrent res. without decompiling/compiling ?
