Craters...

I saw someone else post regarding this, and a link was given, to a tutorial.

However.. well, to be blunt.. I don't understand much of it, mostly because it isn't in English. :p It's English, but not anything that a native English speaker can understand.

Any others?

I think the moral of the story is, create the crater in a square piece of ground so it doesn't cut up your map in all kinds of little triangles.
Then, inside the square you make triangle shaped pieces of ground that you then shape into whatever shape you desire, using the vertex manipulation tool.

That helped me about 100X more than that tutorial. Thank you, lol. :D
