I would really like some gloves what go up to the fingers no more
than that i would like them for all my american weapons!

If you also could tell me how the heck i Could do this myself it would be very good of you thx

Download HLMV, preferably Jed's (http://www.wunderboy.org/3d_games/utils/hlmv.php) version then...

Open your model file in HLMV, hit the textures tab... find hands.bmp/newhands.bmp and click import texture. Find your hands texture file (the one u posted) and use that. Then simply save the model.

Some models have slightly different texture sizes for the hands, to get round this resize/crop the texture to the required size and save it under a different name.
