I downloaded and installed this and have had happy hours gaming..............as long as i am playing most Stock maps.
If i try to join a server with flash on or most custom maps runnign i am getting a HL error.

I would ask this at the place i downloaded this but i dont speak German and i hoped that some else may have been experiencing this and may have a solution or fix other than taking the blood patch off. (which i quite like having on in game).

Any help would be appreciated. Thx in advance

A lot of people have had trouble joining Flash since 1.0 came out, and I don't think it has anything to do with custom content. You should try going over to the support forum as I believe there is a thread dedicated to the problem. It's worth as shot at least.

Its not just flash m8.
I get it with cr_44, Railroad2 and Hill_classic, to just name some.

I never had the flash problem before steam and i didnt have the problem until i tried the blood patch from Shlex.net, i took it off for now just so i can still play custom maps and i am ok now. But i was wondering if there is a work around as it really does make the make a difference to the game, once i installed it was like i had found DOD all over again, weird as that sounds

I posted here because its ina way connected to custom models etc (sprites) and isnt officially part of the actual download or retail version, which i think the support section would be more dedicated to.
