Transparencies get messed up.

When I decompile a model and change nothing but the animations and then recompile it the transparencies get replaced by blue spots, I have not touched the textures. How can I fix this?

Add the line

$texrendermode "skinname.bmp" "masked"

in the .qc. Save, compile, done.

Or just load the model into Jed's HLMV find the texture you want transparent and tick the transparent flag, and then save model.

that happened to me, i changed my video mode to opengl or the other option that's not "software" and its fixed.
